Organised by Eastern Mediterranean University Continuing Education Center in collaboration with EMU Tourism Faculty, "Culinary Courses with Arzum'' will be delivered by EMU Tourism Faculty Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department chefs. The first of the said courses will take place on 30 November 2015.
Taking place under the slogan “Let’s Cook and Eat Together` the courses will feature different world cuisines including European, Far East and Italian. Some of the said courses will also focus on Christmas Menu, New Year’s Eve Menu and Chocolate Making.
