In light of recent developments pertaining to Covid-19 Pandemic both on a global scale and in our country, Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) has taken a decision prioritising the health of students, academic and administrative staff as well as the quality of education.
At a meeting held on Monday, 21 September, 2020, the EMU Senate has decided that the education be offered in an online format using digital possibilities during the 2020-2021 Academic Year Fall Semester, commencing on 12 October 2020; if deemed necessary, different practices be implemented upon obtaining the approval of the Rector’s Office in order to better meet the application and other instructional needs specific to the faculty / school / department / program / course.
It was also stated that new arrangements could be made by the EMU Senate in line with the course of the pandemic
