BACKGROUND
The
Evkaf Foundation was established as a Vakf institution in 1571 by
property dedications made in accordance with Vakf rules and
principles. The foundation philosophy is based
on the Vakf principle which is defined as "the ad infinitum
dedication for public benefit."
