With the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, Central Asia, Caucasus and Caspian Sea Energy Basin have become one of top issues of the scholars and politicians.  Because of rich natural resources and its geo-strategy, the region might play vital role in the case of shaping new world order during the pots-Cold War era within the framework of international politics.   Analyzing the political, cultural, economic and ethnic structures of the Central Asian states and Azerbaijan contributes to the studies that try to understand future trends in world. Because of its geopolitical proximity Turkey also should deal with the region.
