RULES

1. For Photography Categories:

* Competitors can send max 5 photos to each category.
* Digital photos have to send by CD. Competitor’s name and e-mail address have to written on the CD.
* There is no limitation for the resolution.
* Positive (slide) photos will not send back to the competitor’s address.
* Changing on the originality of photos do not accepted by the jury.
* Photos have to taken in last two years. There is no problem if they have sent to another competition.
* There is no limitation for taking place of photos. They can be from sea/ocean/river/lake or any special area of somewhere in the world.
* Competitors have to prepare a list for their photos with number, place, date and camera type. They also have to write their postal address, e-mail and telephone numbers.
* Organisation can use competition photos for the promotion of the festival and education with the name of the competition and competitor.
* Organisation is not responsible for post delay.
* Photos have to taken without destruction to archaeological and natural objects.

2. For film categories:

* Competitors can send max 5 films to each category.
* If competitors attend to professional categories, they can not send film for amateur catagories.
* Short films can be max. 10 minutes.
* Film of documentary categories has to be educative and/or scientific content.
* Min. 25% part of films have to taken in the water.
* Films have to prepared/edit in last two years. There is no problem if they have sent to another competition.
* There is no limitation for taking place of photos. They can be from the sea/ocean/river/lake or any special area of somewhere in the world.
* Competitors have to prepare a list for their films with names, place, date, durations, contents and categories. They also have to write their postal address, e-mail and telephone numbers.
* Organisation can use amateur competition films for the promotion of the festival and education with the name of the competition and competitor. But if competitor does not want this, they have to send written information.
* Professional films never use for any aim by the organisation. They just show in the festival halls.
* Organisation is not responsible for delay or lost by post system.
* Films have to taken without destruction to archaeological and natural objects.
