Dear Students:

The process for electing the Class / Department / Faculty / School representatives for the 2007-2008 Academic Year will start on December 13, 2007 Thursday.

This year there will be e-voting through the Student Portal and December 27, 2007 is the day you can submit your votes electronically using your own Student Portal.

Please refer to the Student Portal to learn the eligibility criteria. The election process will run according to the calendar given below. The process will be finalized on January 2, 2008.

December 11-12 2007: Announcing the Election Calendar to the Students through the Student Portal

December 13 – 14 – 15 – 16, 2007: Nominations through the Student Portal

December 17 – 18, 2007: Evaluation of the candidates based on the criteria formerly announced through the Student Portal

December 19, 2007: Names of the candidates whose qualifications meet the set criteria will be announced

December 24 – 25 - 26, 2007: Propaganda period

December 27, 2007: Electronic voting through the Student Portal between 08:00 and 24:00

December 28, 2007: Election results will be Announced

January 2- 2008: Choosing the Department / Faculty / School Representatives
