SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
All competitive paper submissions, special session proposals, and poster session proposals are blind reviewed by multiple reviewers. Authors should avoid identifying themselves in the text.
Abstract of the papers should be between 200-250 words, and the summary should not be more than 1000 words.
All paper submissions must not have been published, accepted for publication, or be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Each submission should be covered with a title page indicating authors' names, affiliation, address, telephone, fax, and e-mail address. Please indicate the author to be contacted.
Submit your manuscript or proposal for only one track. If you are unsure which track to choose for submission, please contact the Program Chair.
At least one author of each accepted paper must attend the SME 2002 Conference.
Presentations and proposals may be in English or Turkish; English is generally recommended to provide wider access to sessions by all international attendees. Please specify any special equipment that will be required.
A
proceedings
with abstracts of all papers will be published and distributed to all
attendees. Papers will be accepted for presentation at the conference on the
basis of competitive review. We hope to have one or more scholarly journals
consider special issues with some of the best papers presented at our
conference.
Proposals should be sent (or e-mailed) to the Program Chair of the conference, Dr. Mustafa TUMER.

addition
to a 200-250 word abstract of your presentation, please send us the following
for each author: full name, institutional affiliation and academic
rank, mailing address, telephone number, email address, and fax number.
There are NO conference fees.
