A Research on the Dimensions of Chinese Tourists' Satisfaction in Turkey

Abstract
This study aims to investigate the various dimensions that affect the service satisfaction and the effects of frequency and duration of travel on overall satisfaction of Chinese tourists visiting Turkey. Study results reveal that services associated with technology and communication depict a strong relationship with tourist satisfaction. Price and entertainment also exert significant influences on tourist satisfaction. However, price has a significant negative effect on tourist satisfaction. On the other hand, findings indicate that frequency and duration of travel do not exert any significant effects on tourist satisfaction.
