| Abstract |
| The
purpose of this study is to define the viewpoint of
lodging operation managers on the effectiveness of public
relation activities towards the employees. In the light
of this purpose, an empirical research has been conducted
with lodging operation managers of three, four and five
star hotels in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
Results reveal that lodging operation managers are aware
of the importance of the factors which enhance the effectiveness
of human resources however; the activities to meet the
needs of the employees in the organization are inadequate. |
