Preparations are under way for the 11th International Conference on Turkish Linguistics (ICTL 2002) to be held at the Eastern Mediterranean University between August 7th and 9th, 2002.

The list of papers submitted for ICTL 2002 and evaluated by the Selection Committee has already been forwarded with the second announcement concerning the conference.

The Book of Abstracts will be distributed to the participants during the conference. As for the Proceedings, they will be published shortly after the conference and encompass all the papers presented therein.

Presenters are kindly requested to make sure their papers conform to the "Manuscript Guidelines" to be found at the conference website and to submit one hard-copy of their paper in addition to a soft copy on diskette to members of the Organization Committee during the conference..
