Eastern Mediterranean University is hosting Isreal Adewale Okoya, King of Badagry Region in Lagos in Nigeria, his wife Tessy İmaobong Okoya and their children, who are going to study in EMU.    

Eastern Mediterranean University Rector Prof. Dr. Abdullah Y. Öztoprak and Public Relations and Press Office Director Derviş Ekşici showed personal interest in Okoya’s visit and accompanied him in the EMU campus tour and during Kyrenia and Famagusta trips.  Okoya was really impressed with the quality of services and education provided by EMU and stated that he is now sure that he took the right decision in sending his children to EMU for their higher education.

King Okaya expressed his pleasure in being in Cyprus and EMU and put forth that he will organise seminars promoting EMU to 20 regional kings and the governor in Lagos.
