Each candidate to the Undergraduate Music
Teacher Education Program is
chosen after an audition and interview whereby the candidate is
tested for the presence of a musical ear and level of
instrumental ability, in short,
to determine whether s/he possesses the abilities and talents a

train the candidates as music teachers equipped with all the
global norms, and also expose them to a music education based on
theoretical grounds. The aim is to produce creative and cultured
music teachers with a distinct personality who can judge
scientifically, and who have fully grasped the global music
culture. The courses will incorporate all the recent
technologies and knowledge into curriculum materials,
thus the graduates will be aware of the ways of gaining access
to information, and will know how to utilize technology in a
classroom environment. The language of instruction in the Music
Education Program is English.
