DAÜ-SEN is made up of academic staff members like you, who want to guarantee the success of our university. Our collective goal is to focus on improving the quality of education at EMU by...

improving working conditions for all our academic colleagues,

ensuring a reasonable degree of job security,

working with the University administration to create and sustain an autonomous, democratic and transparent institution.

The Union was founded in 1984 and throughout our history, our members have been persistent and tenacious in striving to advance these goals. It has taken time and patience, but through the dedication and support of our members, past and present, these crucial issues are finally on the agenda of the university administration as well.
