All the case study files are uploaded; these include those that you've developed or from other sources but are required to replicate your case study; 2. The homepage identifies those files by name, purpose and URL; 3. A short user guide directing the visitor to resources and how to go about running the case study; 4. Your presentation; 5. Your case study report. Please place the homepage soonest and let me know so I can make the SWDOH Program refer to proper entries. The address for initial page is, http://cmpe.emu.edu.tr/cmpe583 For 15 case groups, usernames and webspaces are created in the web server. For now the account and initial password case is as follows: Account name: case01 case02 .... .... Password: 01case01 02case02 ....... respectively. And the web sites are created as, http://cmpe.emu.edu.tr/cmpe583/case01 02... As well. Since these are initial passwords, the students must send an e-mail for their groups and for the password they prefer to use. With that, I will set the new passwords for you for the accounts mentioned above. By next Wednesday (December 5, 2005) all accounts should be ready, so this is last the time that you should send your e-mail before. After December 5, I will disable the unnotified case accounts. This involves porting an already exhisting semantic web platform here onto our systems and running own scenario to demonstrate proper operation. I'd like to put together a open "Semantic Web Day" after the finals, so that we can introduce the subject to all interested. And I'd like to keep all that for later use as well. I think it would be beneficial if all 583 case study projects are created and maintained under 583 site. Currently I maintain 583 course info under my home site. So, as discussed today, I'd like you to create a 583Cases folder with Case1 to Case15 subdirectories. Each of these directories will host a website and can be individually assigned to students preparing the case study. Each student will have write access to own directory. Some students may be doing a single case together so eventually we may not need all the subdirectories. Each case will likely have own base platform and additional tools and so on software may be required. Thus your assistance may be sought after in setting them up so students would be contacting you in due time. I'll appreciate your usual cooperation.
